It seeks to turn us back in time through period costumes, songs, dances, poems and festivity.  Velada (n.) - a soiree, private or public event usually held at a private residence.

Awesome Schedule + Midweek Holiday = Batangas trip
It was usually a 2hr drive from Manila but it took us 4hrs due to traffic and a few miscalculated turns.
